Hardware inventory won't work

I can boot from PXE without a problem, and I can upload an image ok, but I couldn’t upload the hardware inventory. Don’t see any error message, it just won’t do it. The task will remain as an active task. How can I troubleshoot this problem?

What’s happening when you start the hardware inventory task? Does the client boot up in PXE and then…? You should see this on the screen after the kernel loaded:
[CODE]* Using disk device…

• Starting host registration…[/CODE]
  Do you get this far?
