Connecting to Wrong Fog Server

  • I have two Fog Servers running in two buildings connected via a WAN. Both were originally Version 0.29 and running totally independent of each other.

I updated one server to version 0.32. Now when we boot and choose to do a full registration, The server says that we are attached to a version 0.32 Fog server, but we are being registered and see images from the server at the other building (v0.29).

I checked the DHCP settings and they are correct. Where would there be any pointer that might redirect to the other Fog Server?

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Possible that the 0.29 server is your primary ?

  • No problem, that is a strange one.

  • That was it. How it got changed to values that haven’t been there for a year I don’t know.

    Thanks for the quick response.

  • Have you checked your default pxe boot file located at /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/ to make sure the ip’s are pointing to the correct location?

Looks like your connection to FOG Project was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
