Just thought I’d pass this along:

Anyone running Exchange 2010 SP3, make sure you uninstall Update Rollup 8. It introduces an issue that will cause services crashes like:
M.E.RpcClientAccess.Service, M.E.RpcClientAccess.Handler, M.E.R.H.ViewCache.IsRowWithinUnreadCache, System.IndexOutOfRangeException
The issue has to do with RPC packet handling that was damaged in the update. Typically this issue will arise from Outlook clients on the local network while opening a connection to a mailbox.

The issue is resolved if you uninstall the update. Microsoft has already pulled the update and is working on a replacement update.
