Problems during install/upgrade with "Starting FOG Multicast Management Server...Failed!"

During an upgrade from 1.2.0 to svn 2652 I get an error Starting FOG Multicast Management Server…Failed!

Running CentOS 6. This problem has been there for ages on my server. The solution is to manually start and stop the service, and then run the installer again.

Are making sure to do the db scheme updates as requested during the upgrade process?
