Corrupt Database after Harddrive was filled to 100%
We have Fog 0.32 running on Ubuntu 10.04.04.
A user accidentally sent up an image instead of deploying one and filled the harddrive to 100% of capacity. Now i cannot access Fog in a web browser or on any clients. I get the error “unable to connect to database.”
I know very little about Ubuntu but i am pretty good at following documentation so i was able to delete one of the images and now the harddrive is at 97.5% of capacity.
How can i fix this database? Nothing is backed up and i would hate to lose the images.
thanks for any help
i deleted another image and rebooted the server and ITS WORKING!!!
thank you so much for the quick response Jaymes.
it came back with Restart: Unknown instance:
You may want to free a little more space than that… But is your mysql service running? Try this command:
sudo service mysql restart[/code]
