Reboot problems

Hello,
I am running FOG 1.1.0 on Ubuntu 12.04. I’ve been trying to send Windows 7 images to Dell Optiplex 760 computers, but every time that I manage to inventory a computer, the reboot either hangs indefinitely or it reboots back to Windows XP without loading the image.
At the same time, I cannot use the Quick Image option. Despite changing every password option that I could see in configuration options to the same root password, it does not work. Are these events connected? Please let me know what I can provide to help with finding the problem. Thanks!

some people have reported issues with the Optiplex 760 and gotten them to work using the Official Kernel 3.0.1
