I deleted the group before stopping the multicast, want to re-register the host and they start downloading the kernel ready for multicasting??

        Solved,

I manually entered the mac address of the 9 hosts (using previous Inventory Report), started a multicast then stopped it.

If it ever happens again, it should be under the tasks tab then under Active Multicast Tasks, then you will see a task in the list that you can delete. that will stop the computer from picking up the task.

BTW if you want to stop a normal task it will be under the task menu then Active task.

I forgot to mention that when I deleted the group/hosts (before stopping its multicast session …I know, a dumb move indeed) they disappeared from Tasks Tab, I restarted the server and still no joy the clients were still booting the bzimage even though there were no tasks visable let alone the fact they were no longer in the FOG Host list.

Ahh, so it was more of a glitch in the web GUI then anything else.
