Upgrading from .29 to .32

Hey everyone,

I inherited an environment, and I’m wondering if I’m better off doing an in place upgrade (haven’t seen any upgrade instructions), or if I should just do a fresh install on a new box and somehow re-import data?

Also, anything I should make note of either way?
