Scheduled Imaging - UTC Time

Was trying to schedule a build for a group of hosts and the time was forced to be set via UTC time zone. The current time wasn’t shown and setting the time wasn’t intuitive.

@Outer2211 Why is this a bug?
If the timezone isn’t defined (in the FOG Settings) it should default to the UTC time as it wouldn’t know what timezone your system is in.
