Received Apache2 error “Could not locate /var/www/fog/management/other/ssl/srvpublic.crt”

      Found existing FOG files:
      /opt/fog/snapins/ssl/ca.cnf
      /opt/fog/snapins/ssl/fog.csr
      /opt/fog/snapins/ssl/req.cnf
      /opt/fog/snapins/ssl/.srvprivate.key

Do I need to create the srvpublic.crt file?

@jfenner Obviously something went wrong when installing. What output did you get from the installer? I doubt it finished fine.

Please post the full content of the installer error log - found in the sub directory named error_log of where you initially ran the installer script from.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@Sebastian-Roth The software was installed initially, imaged, and then moved to an air-gapped network with a new IP address. The instructions to change server IP address require a re-installation, which failed due to the inability to connect to the internet. I am now trying to repair the damage.

@jfenner I could be wrong, but shouldn’t you be looking in /var/www/fog/management/other/ssl, not /opt/fog/snapins/ssl?

Technically this seems like a double install issue:

            Can you perform checks with:

            ls -lhart /var/www/fog/management/other/ssl
            ls -lhart /var/www/html/fog/management/other/ssl

@Tom-Elliott The /var/www/fog/management/other/ssl directory was reported in the error log for Apache2.

I think this discussion thread can be closed. I intend to document the steps needed to change the server IP without having to re-install and then post them to the forum.

              Any assistance would be appreciated.
