No windows boot loader after system cloned.

Cloning to Mele computers (intel based/fanless/emmc 8GB module) and something changed, as it has been working for over a year, but not sure what happened. The clone still seems to finish but on reboot there is no Windows Bootloader. The only option we have is IPXE and EFI.

Has anyone else experienced this and how was it fixed? It is like the drive is cloned but after it isn’t even seen in the boot list.

After reboot some of the computers will actually boot when the fog “boot from hard drive” (not sure of the actual words) is chosen but not all but they will not boot outside of that. It just dumps to EFI shell.
