        @mrc Would you explain your problem is your native language. I think I understand your problem but I want to make sure before I give you an answer. What part of FOG no work?

          @george1421
          Quando vou iniciar para a formatação ele não inicia o IPV4, sendo assim não tenho acesso ao fog.

            @mrc OK I think I understand.

            The fog server is OK because you can login using the web ui.

            When you try to pxe boot the target computer you can’t pxe boot ipv4.

            So I have questions for you.

            1. Is this a new FOG installation?
            2. Did you configure dhcp options 66 and 67? If yes what values did you enter?
            3. What computer is your dhcp server?

            I need to know more about your network setup. Please answer the questions above. You may answer in your native language if that is easier. I will ask questions in my native language.

              Não fui eu que fiz a instalação, sei que as opções estão corretas, sei que tem um comando para iniciar o mesmo.

              Teria algum comando para executar todo o fog?

                @mrc This will be hard to explain, but FOG uses your network infrastructure to get the target computer connected.

                When you turn on your the computer to pxe boot, the pxe boot computer will send out a dhcp query to your network. That dhcp query and response will tell the pxe boot computer how to find the fog server. If this information is not configured then pxe boot computer will not boot.

                The FOG server programs are all run by the apache web server. If you can connect to the FOG server web interface then the FOG server is running.

                I need to know more about your network configuration to be able to help you.

                1. On your network what device is your dhcp server? What is the manufacturer and version.

                2. Are your pxe booting computers connected to an isolated imaging network or are the pxe booting computers connected to your campus/enterprise network?
