OptiPlex 7480 AIO - "Kernal is most probably missing the correct driver"
-
We purchased 3 new Dell OptiPlex 7480 all-in-ones. When attempting to image these devices, they’re receiving the message “No network interfaces found, your kernel is most probably missing the correct driver! Please check your network setup and try again!” We are FOG version 1.5.9 and bzImage Version: 4.19.145.
-
Please install the FOG / FOS Linux kernel 5.6.18 using the FOG Settings -> Kernel update menu. Download and install both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions of 5.6.18.

I updated the kernel and it is working now. Thank you.

This also worked for me, but with a Dynabook A40 laptop.
Thank you.
