It looks like in the newest version of FOG this error still occurs.

OS: Raspbian Buster
Hardware: Raspberry Pi 4 4GB

Error:
libcurl3 cannot be found in dpkg repo because libcurl4 is already installed.

@dirtysoc Thanks for posting. This is fixed in dev-branch already. As well we have fixed another issue on Raspbian Buster in dev-branch (compiling udpcast).

Both fixes will be in the next release.
