      Hello,

      Dell Optiplex 9010
      BIOS: A30
      Windows 10

      I configure dhcp options on pfsense as follow:

      3d7458c9-1a77-4dfb-85ec-e6abec34cf36-image.png

      It even loads the file correctly at boot via UEFI, but stays in that message for a while and then restarts the computer.

      Is this model compatible?

          Yes this is a known issue with the Optiplex x010 (5010, 7010, 9010) generation of systems. Its something with an incompatibility between the firmware and iPXE.

          You have a few options.

          You can deploy/capture images in bios mode for these systems. This includes both bios and uefi images. BUT you must change the mode back to UEFI before the first windows boot. The easiest way is to have FOG power off the computer after imaging is done.

          You can create a FOS Linux usb boot drive and boot from the usb stick into FOG Imaging. This route has its caveats but does work.

            @george1421

            It’s a dell or fogserver side known issue?

              @eliaspereira Dell uefi firmware and iPXE, not specifically FOG.

              The x010 series was the first to support uefi network booting (kind of). They got it right with the x020 series.
