Win7 manual partimage

We have multiple partition (2)-single disk W7 images. We were wondering what the correct syntax would be to boot to a usb drive, with linux on it, manually run partimage, as in the troubleshooting steps and either back up the drive to it or reload a drive from images copied to it.
Or, with Ubuntu on the USB, a working install of Fog, could the web interface be run locally?Tks!

@sokhanh21xn What do you mean by “run locally”? FOG is not some kind of cloud service and therefore can be installed and run on a local server.
