Error updating kernel

When attempting to update the kernel I get the following error:
Type: 2, File: /var/www/html/fog/lib/fog/fogftp.class.php, Line: 464, Message: ftp_login(): Login incorrect., Host: 192.168.7.46, Username: xxxxxxx

I’ve tried changing the username password in the tftp settings to no avail. I’ve never had this problem before. Any ideas?
