Dell Precision T5600 not enough memory to load specified image

I’m trying to get it to load a winpe.iso (220mb) file. This iso works on Precision T5500, optiplex 790 and latitude E6420. But it will load attempt to load it and after a few lines it will say Not enough memory to load specified image.
I googled a bit and it seems that people suggest to use an older version of memdisk. I tried that and also increased the ramdisk size. Also tried adding mem=1024m at the pxe menu.

What else can I try? The winpe.iso is just a Windows MDT image. It contains a boot.wim that will allow me to boot into WinPE environment.
