TFTP Time out issue

My new FOG server isn’t working well. when i pxe boot target computer it gets dhcp ip but then gets stuck at TFTP… and says Tftp timeout. fog server, target computer and sophos box all connected to unmanaged switch.option 66 & 67 are correctly setup.

Are all of the devices, fog server, dhcp server, and target computer on the same subnet? If so here is a tutorial on how to capture a network pcap of the booting process. That pcap will tell us what the client computer is being told to do.
