        @Gordon-Taylor You only see that button if the client hast contacted the FOG server properly at least once! So probably is not the case for you here. Please grab the fog.log from your client and post here.

        Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

        Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG

            this is the first new computer i have added to fog since i updated it from 1.5.5 to 1.5.5.3 😕 don’t know if that is helpful… i am not sure if we have re-imaged something between either… cause i updated fog last week when i was patching everything…

              @Gordon-Taylor said in where has the reset encryption data button gone?:

              ERROR: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
              24/01/2019 13:21 Middleware::Response Success

              Here we have the problem. The FOG server seems to answer with HTTP 500. Please take a look at the apache/httpd error logs (see my signature) to see if you can figure out what is causing the HTTP 500 error.

              How many clients do you have? Would you be around for a teamviewer session?

              Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

                        Uncaught Exception: Error multiple hosts returned for list of mac addresses

                        Here we go! Probably one of those several MACs that we see in the fog.log in the client. Often those MACs come from virtual adapters. See if you can figure out which of those MACs is actually the one for the network card being used to connect to the network/FOG server: 94:C6:91:A8:A9:F8, 38:BA:F8:32:95:33, 38:BA:F8:32:95:34, 3A:BA:F8:32:95:33, 38:BA:F8:32:95:37

                        For all virtual adapters you might want to configure a filter. Goto FOG Configuration -> FOG Settings -> FOG Client - Host Register and set QUICKREG PENDING MAC FILTER, e.g. 38:BA:F8,3A:BA:F8 (comma separated list of the first three blocks of MACs you want it to ignore).

                        Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

                        Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG
