      @zago123 Your image type would be Linux. For Linux resizable images to work, you have to use Ext4 partitions. LVM will not work for resizable images currently. Other than that detail, everything else is up to you.

          @zago123 No, FOG only captures images, not ISOs. Can you please explain your goals further?

            @wayne-workman

            hi, sry for my idle time.

            I wanted to install linux on the fog, without having partitions defined, as if I put a linux cd and installed it normally, I can do this with the fog?

              @zago123 You can but this is not what FOG is designed for. Please look at this for ideas: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Include_any_ISO_in_the_FOG_Bootmenu There are also lots of examples for Linux in the forums.

                    @zago123 If the version you used is not identical to that in the tutorial, the steps will likely be different. I would suggest searching the forums for ‘ISO’, you should find plenty of threads on this topic.

                      in the tutorial he speaks to make the version 1.3.0. I’m on 1.4.4, I’ll see if I can find any changes from one version to the next

                        @zago123 I was talking about the version of the ISO specifically. Apologies for not making that clear the first time.
