Scheduled tasks show as delayed after completion

Description

After completion, the “Type” for every scheduled task (excluding cron jobs) changes to “Delayed” and remains in the “Scheduled Tasks” list. Is this by design? Is there a way to have them automatically clear?

This is by design, so you had a report of what delayed tasks had run in the past.
