Windows 10 capture trouble

Description
I am getting this error when capturing a new image…? Anyone have this problem?

Sounds like the system didn’t shutdown properly.
Please help us build the FOG community with everyone involved. Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@Tom-Elliott got it to work… very weird because i didn’t hard reset or anything.I tried to do a regular shutdown and it worked. Must have had a hiccup somewhere
