    Client
    • Service Version: 0.11.11
    • OS: Windows 7 running on Hyper V 2016
    Description

When capturing an image, the client will hang at “Resizing filesystem.” This is happening to any client I have installed on Hyper V 2016.

Yes, because it’s resizing the volume and shrinking the space available.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

        Hi @Tom-Elliott,

Thank you for the reply. I let this go overnight to see if the client needed time to resize, and it was still in the same place.

@jesse.ory Depends on the size of the disk you’re resizing. I’m fairly certain you could look to see actual disk activity though.

It’s shrinking from original size down to 68gb on a VM that I’m guessing has other things associated. Just guessing.

Upgrading the kernel seems to have fixed the problem!
