Seems like we got some similiar issues today. I didnt have time to investigate it yet. I got a call that its no longer working to boot with iPXE. IP loan is issued but PXE seem to fail.
If anyone else seen this and have a solution some input would be appreciated.

        /Peter

@grungeman It would help to know the host OS you are running FOG on. There was an issue with ubuntu pushing out some automatic updates that broke FOG a while ago.

Without much detail its difficult to solve this one, but it sounds like mysql is not running or unaccessible.

You could try to call your fog server using a web browser at this url and post the results here: http://<fog_server_ip>/fog/service/ipxe/boot.php?mac=00:00:00:00:00:00
That url call should give you the text of the ipxe menu which I suspect maybe incomplete.

Please help us build the FOG community with everyone involved. It's not just about coding - way more we need people to test things, update documentation and most importantly work on uniting the community of people enjoying and working on FOG!

You seem to be on track. http://192.168.2.2/fog/service/ipxe/boot.php?mac=00:00:00:00:00:00

Gives me “A valid database connection could not be made”

              But mysql is atleast active

@grungeman OS that FOG is installed on?

Just shooting in the dark, but it sounds like FOG can no longer access the mysql database.

If you are running FOG on ubuntu 16.04 this post may apply: https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/10006/ubuntu-is-fog-s-enemy
