      @luiztpd Temporarily disable Antivirus and see if that makes a difference. What version of Windows?

          @luiztpd What else have you tried? What’s different about this box? Typically the fog client does not have this problem.

            is it maybe important to have the correct date and time to install that cert?
            Are these settings correct at the time of trying to install?

            Maybe he can try to manually import that cert to certmgr? Is that possible?
            Or is the cert just copied to the file system?

            Regards X23

              @x23piracy Time must be accurate as is the case for all Certificates.

              Finding out why it’s unable to install would go a lot further of course.

              Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

                I downloaded the certificate to the computer and installed it manually, however when trying to install the client error continued;
                The user I use to install is a computer administrator;
                Windows user account control disabled;
                Windows Firewall disabled.
