Winload.exe missing after upload image

Hi,
after tested upload VMWare image ( Windows 7 Embedded ) .
It was completed the backup of system but when restarts the O.S. crash at boot process with “WINLOAD.EXE Missing”. I tried to restore the uploaded image and the systems start correectly ( but show the select menu because recognized an error ).

Any suggest ?
I tried a backup from real PC but the result it’s the same…

Can you give us more details? Does this happen on every machine you capture from? Can you give a screenshot of the error?
