problem with the DHCP server

Hello, I have installed fog-1.3.5-RC-16 but i have a problem with my DHCP server because I can’t connect my pc with fog server, I tried the commande :
sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
but I think the DHCP server is not active!
Can you help me???

@Amerhb Is the fog server doing dhcp or getting dhcp? Did you change the fog server’s IP address? We need a lot more information, what you’ve stated doesn’t have enough information for us to even know what the problem category is.
