Fog Client Deployment

Hello,
I am trying to deploy the FOG Client with by assigning the software via Windows 2008 R2 GPO. It has worked on some machines however on others it fails to deploy and when a user logs in they get “error 1001 another instance of the service is already started” however there is no tray icon and when clicking on the shortcut in the start menu it tries to install again resulting in the same error.
