New install of FOG on UBUNTU Server...

Is it better to install LAMP from the install of UBUNTU Server, or just wait and let FOG take care of this portion?
Please share your experiences.

My limited understanding is that Fog likes to do all that on its own and will insure that the proper version is installed.

I have done installs both ways. Fog install basically grabs the latest of each required package using apt-get. So as long as your mostly up to date and not running a conflicting package, it probably won’t matter. Fog install does grab more than just apache, mysql, and php.
