I have done the key combination that is requested for this and it allows me to boot to network, but then just sits on a screen like it is done connecting but never brings me to the fog page that gives the options to register the device. I apologize about the post not having more details. I will add more specifics later. We have not been successful in imaging a surface pro yet, but have been able to use it for many other models.

Change your ipxe.efi file to use the “ipxe7156.efi” file.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Factoid about FOG 1.3.0 DHCP, it would have given the surface pro 4 the correct boot file out-of-box.

You can configure your Windows DHCP box to do the same if it’s 2012 or later.
