Description

When upgrading an RC10 installation to RC14, when I reach:
```
   http://192.168.1.1/fog/management
 * Press [Enter] key when database is updated/installed.
```
… the resulting web page displays:
```
#!db
Running Version 1.3.0-RC-14
SVN Revision: 5968
Database Schema Installer / Updater
```
… No update buttons, no further text below, no nuthin’.

This does not happen if upgrading from RC10 >>> RC13 >>> RC14

Confirmed and fixed. Maintained as RC14.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
