Image with licenses on station

I want to use fog to install 12 identical work station (windows 7-64) but with specific software licenses on each station , how can I achieve with the fog.
Is it possible to make a base image and then supplement it with a complementary image for each specific work station with the license

Perhaps this could be achieved using Snap-ins. What software licenses are you speaking of?
