@anthony.delarosa the Release Candidates are already available, and you can find documentation on upgrading to the latest RC here:
      https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Upgrade_to_trunk

You may use those steps on a brand-new server to directly install a release candidate, or use those steps to upgrade.

I would advise caution for upgrading from anything older than 1.2.0, it works but there are considerations.

And, I would advise using a modern and supported OS, and nothing really old.

        hey Wayne

        I don’t see where the 1.3 is, i looked in here: svn co https://svn.code.sf.net/p/freeghost/code/tags/ and I don’t see a 1.3
I tried upgrading as per https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Upgrade_to_trunk

@anthony.delarosa Follow the steps in the Upgrade to Trunk article, and you will have the latest 1.3.0 Release Candidate.

@Wayne-Workman hey i used SVN to install FOG, so I’m just doing the “Update to Latest” part in the article. I run the ./installfog.sh shell script but it 1.2 keeps running. I am a bit confused as to where the 1.3 release is coming if I cannot browse to the it via the https://svn.code.sf.net/p/freeghost/code/tags/

@anthony.delarosa I just followed - exactly - the existing instructions in the wiki for SVN, and it pulled down RC-8, which is currently the latest release candidate. I don’t know what you’re doing wrong. I would suggest deleting what you have and following instructions in the wiki.
