So after updating my fog to trunk 7931 today it is still working fine. SVN Revision is 5608.
Only issue i have is creating tasks. Whenever i click on “Advanced” under Host Tasks nothing happens and i will be redirected to the Host Tasks section again. Anyone had the same issue or got a solution to it?

What do you mean, can you post a screenshot?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Well on the “older” version of Fog i had the option to create an advanced task that would let me run debug or wipe the disk for example. Now when i click on Host tasks “advanced” nothing happens at all. 0_1464621908559_AdvancedTasks.png

@Lestat86 After you click on that, can you go to the Apache error logs and post the lines of when you clicked on Advanced?

@Quazz there won’t be any errors as the advanced is handled by jquery.

That explains why i didnt find an error. Im pretty new to the whole Fog / Linux stuff so it may take a while for me to get the answers you need. For now im done with my shift so will check in again in about 15 - 16 hours.

@Lestat86 in the browser you can view any JavaScript errors by using the key combination: CTRL+Shift+C and click on the console tab. If it is a problem with jquery running there should be an error.

First one is from the Advanced Tasks. Second one when i try to delete a Image. Seems there is more broken than i first thought.

@Tom-Elliott Updated right now to Revision 5611 with SVN. The cloud in the top left tells me 7937. Problem still exists. Hard refresh giving me the same error again.

Well i found a solution to it. Use Google Chrome.
With Google Chrome or Iceweasel works fine. Konqueror and Internet Explorer cant handle it as it seems.

@Lestat86 So the issue is because of the browser, not a problem with the coding (directly?)

I can’t replicate on Edge, Firefox, IE, Chrome, or Iceweasel.

@Tom-Elliott Could this be caused by certain security settings perhaps?

@Tom-Elliott Seems so. At least switching to Chrome from IE/Konqueror worked.

@Tom-Elliott Well could be OS related as well i used the Internet Explorer on a Windows Server 2012 R2 with turned off security settings and the Konqueror on the Fog machine running Debian 8.0.0
