Templates for snapins

This was originally @jbob 's idea.

I’ll probably forget some but:

The idea is to auto-fill the fields with the common parameters and pathing when a template is selected.

Have you updated? This is already present, with the exception of Mono.

@Tom-Elliott Our bandwidth and network has been performing pretty poorly lately, so I update less often.

Can we get Mono included? That would apply to just Macs and Linux of course, but it’d be nice if it were there.

@Tom-Elliott @jbob would know. I’d imagine it’d be pretty similar to the mono commands to install the new fog client on osx/linux?

sudo mono SmartInstaller.exe
