Dell Latitude 6420 Compatibility Issue

According to the compatibility chart, the Dell Latitude 6420 should work with FOG (barring minor BIOs issues), however ours does not. I ran the opening compatiblity test and got the “This computer is NOT compatible with FOG” followed by “Network [fail], Hard Drive [pass]”. One other oddity; when trying to check the MAC address, it dispays nothing where the MAC address is normally displayed. The FOG server has the latest kernel; 0.32.

Just to be certain that it is not a FOG server issue, we tryed other computers and laptops. There were no issues. Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
