Problems with FOG and DELL inspiron N7110

I try to upload an image of a Dell Inspiron N7110 laptop and I get the errors that you see in the attached images
[ATTACH]37[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]38[/ATTACH]

can someone please point me into the right direction

Have you been able to upload images successfully before? Check the image file path in the web interface matches up with server path…Example /images/DellN7110 on server while the web interface is /images/Dell_N7110

No I have never been able to upload an image for this machine. I believe that the path is correct for both places.

And permissions? have 192.168.2.5:/media/FOG-Images 777 permissions? The error is “Permission denied”.
