I am a student currently attending Bates Technical College. My instructor wants to use fog for our repair shop so we have a server just for our repair shop. I was wandering if anyone could give me some guidance on where to start at and exactly what I will need to get everything started. Thank you for any help.

      Your instructor chose well!

My best advice to a beginner is to follow this guide:
      https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Fedora_21_Server

But, instead of Fedora 21, use either CentOS 7 or Fedora 23. if you use Fedora 23, replace yum with dnf in all the commands that use yum - and you’ll be good to go.

If you need any help, don’t hesitate to post again. We like helping newbies who want help 🙂
