Image Replication and Snapin Replication strange behaviour

I’m running svn version 4972 on Fedora 22 with One server acting as master node for one location with a second storage node not set as master.

I have 4 locations with a master “storage” node set in each.

Image Replicator and Snapin Replicator are not going through their full motions.

This is all that the Image Replicator will show, and Snapin Replicator log is the same.

It used to go through mirroring directories as normal, and moving forward if there weren’t any changes.
