Stately separation of core from add-ons

With the successful separation of FOG’s installer from the kernels when downloading the installer, have you considered separating FOG’s core code installation from the extras?

ie: provide a single package that is FOG, and only what is needed to run FOG. Then provide add-ons in the form of DNS, DHCP, ROUTER etc … ?
