After upgrade Unable to Register Host name

Hi Guys,
I been trying to resolve this issue in this past few days. I hope you guys help me out.
Ive upgraded my SVN to 3696. After upgrading , everything loads fine but when it comes to create hostname for this computer : “computer 1” i get endless loop of
Create another hostname for this comeputer: over & over again. Please help me out , am i missing some settings? -

It’s likely a bug in the revision you’re using. Re-update and see if it is still an issue.
after updating your checkout version, you can install with ./installfog.sh - y for it to just blast through and do eveything (including update the DB). It’s very fast.
