Installing svn 3409 on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS generates the following error during install:

- Checking package: zlib1g…OK
  Configuring services.
  …/lib/common/functions.sh: line 329: [: argument expected
- Setting up and starting MySql…OK
… and continues on its merry way

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
