Freenas 9.2+

Has anyone figured out how to put a “Storage Node” on a Freenas Server, either directly or in a Jail. With this capability I really believe the Fog Project would TRIPLE in installed base overnight.

there is a NAS tutorial somewhere… could probably be adapted to make FreeNAS a storage node.

Hi,

you can adapt this exactly for your case your just using nfs and ftp on a different device then a windows machine.
