Enlarge Snapins selection box and/or sort it by name

I really like the new snapin selection box’s ability to select more than one snapin, and the ability to click on assigned snapins to get to their edit pages. However, with the amount of snapins we have in our organization the sorting by creation time, especially with the small size of the box, is a bit of a pain.

BRO I second this request … we have large screens, and its really a pity I have to scroll through a tiny window of snap-ins to find the one I want.
