Hostname Changer not working after upgrade to 1.2.0
-
I recently upgraded from .32 to 1.2.0. Now I can image fine, but the hostname changer isn’t working after the image process.

Did you check the Active Directory Settings ?
There seems to be a wrong character. -
No, but I can do that. Maybe I need to turn off the AD Join and just focus on the hostname change piece for now. I will post later after I do that and push the image down again.
Thanks,
-
Looks like not having them try to automatically join the domain was the fix. I removed that and the hostname changer started working. Now I need to get that working…
-
did you encrypt your AD password with fogcrypt?
-
I thought I did, but potentially not. Is that a separate program I have to run? It sounds like that is probably where things went wrong for me. I will have to go back and look at the documentation.
Thanks!

in the footer of your fog web page, there’s a link to a page with the fog client software and fogcrypt
