I’ve just started using the new version because .32 wasn’t able to image one of our new laptops. The laptop has a 500GB hard drive with only about 40GB of that used. What should the image size be on the FOG server? I ask because the test server I have has a small drive and the image size on the server is reporting as 0 so it seems it’s not completing. Any help is appreciated.

a fairly standard windows 7 image seems to be about 11GB for me. the image size on server being 0 typically means you haven’t uploaded an image yet.

Ok I’ve attached a screen shot. I went about creating the image the way I always have. Create the image in FOG and then upload it from a host computer. This is what I get in images when done.

that means that the image did not complete it’s upload properly. check your configurations for the linux fog user, and the fog user in storage management and in general settings under FOG_TFTP_FTP_PASSWORD to make sure they all match.
