I just updated from fog 0.32 to fog 1.1.2 and can no longer PXE boot.

Everything else seems to be working correctly. I did notice that the dhcpd file is not in /etc as some postings online say it’s supposed to be. I’ve looked everywhere online and can’t seem to find good answers for this issue. This server is operating on large Windows based network with 1 main Windows DHCP server.

Have you changed your DHCP boot option to point to the new boot file?

It should be undionly.kpxe instead of pxelinux.0.

That’s probably the issue. Can you give me some guidance as to where I would make that change? I don’t see it in the web interface settings.

I’m betting you probably have a separate server that does the DHCP boot/options. You’d have to find out what that is and make the required changes.

I read your post to my System Admin and she knew exactly what you were talking about. Thanks for your help! It’s working!
