Checking Queue

Ready to upload image from Dell 5540, f12 on boot-up, everything normal…until the perpetual “Checking Queue” that never stops. I know others have posted on this issue, but nothing that is helpful.
Anyone else resolve this issue?
This is my first build-out of FOG and I’ve spent considerable time getting all working correctly. Now its “show time” and I’m stuck with a no-go situation.
