TFTP issue
-
Hello,
I have currently Fog 0.32 setup and am pretty new to it. The issue that I have been running into and have not been able to find any real help is this:
When I deploy the image, at the end of deployment I get this error:
“Unable to remove TFTP File”
and everything goes caput. If anyone can please help it would mean the world to a newbie. I can provide any other info at request.
ThanksFacts:
- Image is ubuntu 12.04, 32bit
- Using Fog ver. 0.32
- Client receiving the ubuntu image is a Toshiba Tecra laptop (Specs can be provided at request)

check permissions on your tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg folder and the the 01-mac-address file. Also, try restarting tftpd-hpa service. There is a known issue with 12.04 and tftp where tftpd-hpa doesn’t start correctly at system boot.

Just a heads up, I am pretty new to ubuntu and any extra info you could give me would be HUGE in my learning process. I checked the folders, made the changes but for the life of me cannot find this mac address file. I think I am just lost in my newby-ways. Please give more insight
